The health and well-being of your pet are our top priority. As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community continues to develop, we are monitoring the situation closely.
As of May 26th, 2020 we remain open and providing all normal services via our curbside protocol (see below for details). We hope to hear from you soon!
ATTENTION
Our business is experiencing preventative measures to help reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus.
WE ARE NOW ALLOWING 1 CLIENT PER PET INTO THE HOSPITAL FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH THE VETERINARIAN. Our capacity is limited so we cannot guarantee you will be able to come in with your pet if we are already at capacity. Food and medication pick-ups and appointments with the technician will remain curbside at this time. All clients will still check in curbside – please call us when you arrive and we will assist you. Clients can chose to remain curbside if they do not want to come in. All clients in the building must wear a mask – regardless of vaccination status.
When you arrive:
If you have a cell phone - please call us from your car to let us know how we can help you.
If you do not have a cell phone, please ring the client doorbell and we will come out to assist you.
PLEASE MAINTAIN A 6 FOOT DISTANCE FROM OTHERS.
If you are having any flu-like symptoms, have traveled to an affected area, or have known exposure to anyone positive for COVID-19, PLEASE INFORM THE STAFF IMMEDIATELY so we can take extra precautions to keep everyone safe.

If you require pet food or a medication refill, please visit our online store smallanimalhospitalllc.vetsfirstchoice.com. Please allow up to 3 days for the doctor to approve the prescription and ship the supplies to your home address.
We are currently still dispensing medications, foods, and over-the-counter supplements in-clinic as well. Some items are in short supply so PLEASE CALL 3 TO 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK AND READY TO BE PICKED UP.
